Chiomah Ezeomah, MSc, is a globally trained biosafety expert with over a decade of experience in infectious disease research, laboratory design, and biosafety training. She holds advanced degrees from the University of Oxford, Cornell University, and the University at Buffalo, and is working towards a certificate in the Global Infectious Diseases program from Harvard University.
Chiomah has led biosafety consultancy and BSL-2 laboratory design projects for government agencies in Nigeria, including the Taraba and Benue State Governments, and has trained military and civilian health professionals under contracts with the U.S. Army Medical Research Directorate–Africa/Nigeria. She is also trained in BSL-2, BSL-3, and ABSL-3 protocols, with partial BSL-4 training from the University of Texas Medical Branch.
